It might be somebody that hasn't been alluded to. I mean, Vivienne wasn't among the companions from the leaked survey and hasn't appeared in any concept art.

That's true. I guess all we can do is wait and see. (and speculate)

I think that the footage is from the Game Informer articles.  Here's a picture of one with the Grey Warden in the party:



There's a lot more that can be seen if you watch the videos.  Sorry that I don't remember exactly where they are from.  What I remember is that you see gameplay footage where two of the companions with the Inquisitor are this bearded guy who matches the Grey Warden from the concept art and a female elf with long hair and a bow, which matches the concept art for Sera the Rogue from the leaked concept survey.  I take the survey with a grain of salt since it's old and confirmed to be at least partially wrong, but this footage pretty much confirms these two characters as at least temoporary companions, imo.

I care about Sera.
I want her to be my Inquisitors first LI.I intend to choose her over anybody else and that includes Cassandra, for a reason previously stated.

We'll see if they say anything new in those developer diaries they are going to be making.

Stop announcing characters. It just shows that this game's selling point is characters, not story or gameplay, and that characters are going to supercede good writing and gameplay. Again.
