Are we just talking official or fan-made trailers? 'Cause I like the fan-made ones way more (mainly because of the music). If we're talking official, I like these ME2 trailers best:

The E3 sizzle trailer of ME2.... My God, it's probably the greatest trailer I've ever witness. The Day the whole world went away. It was... EPIC. So was the game.

"I'm Gathering Specialist for a mission..... It's not gonna be easy. The chances of survival are, slim....



I was so hyped when I saw it. And Mass Effect 2 delivered on every level.

Didn't know Two Steps From Hell before that trailer. One of my favorite comments ever used to be there, too: "I just bought the game and it's sitting on my desktop but I'm here watching this again instead. What's wrong with me?"

I hate the CGI trailers that ALWAYS use fugly Ashley. the maleShep version I can understand, but the femShep as well????

but I agree, out of all games, ME2 lived upto the awesomeness the most.

It's used a lot in advertisements and what not, but it's not actually in the game. 

I could have sworn it was in the end credits of ME2, but the last time I finished it, it wasn't.

I'd go with the Retaliation DLC trailer, simply because Harbinger actually has a role in ME3 through this trailer (well in some way).
