The original trailer. I believe her "codename" is Subject Zero. Probably because they were using her as an experiment using Element Zero.

I'm pretty sure I saw Chris Priestly use the term very early on after her announcement. If it wasn't him that coined it, he certainly took to the phrase.

I always thought it was derived from EZee. Kaiden calls Element Zero "Eee Zee" so I thought someone just shortened Subject Zero into "Sue Zee". It's been around for a while though. I checked the old forums with the search and the first occurrence of it was the 17th Jan 2010. I know it's been around longer than that though.

No he doesn't, he calls it 'Eezo', which is the generally accepted nickname for it (it says so in the codex).

Though I can't remember exactly who, it was definitely a BioWare team member. She was nicknamed SubZero first. Then the BioWare dev was trying to reassure those who feared her to be shallow and out of place. In the dev's message he referred to her as SuZe, thus from then on she just was SuZe instead of Subject Zero or SubZero.
