Probably because you changed the language tab at the bottom right corner.
... there really is 1337 in there.
That's just hilarious

The Crucible makes more sense than any other alternative I've seen posted. Though that's probably because the cannon is the cannon to me. No real need to ask for it to be different.
Just a friendly note - "cannon" in the sense that you're using it is spelled "canon".

Best thing I've seen on BSN in a long time.

All complete headcanon of course, but I quite like the concept of the crucible being in the main a destroy weapon which the catalyst subverts and attempts to utilise its energy for the other two outcomes.
Your headcanon-fu is stronger than mine. How do you get around Reapers damaging the Crucible leading to the Catalyst being unable to subvert the device? Or the Catalyst being able to add options but unable to subtract any?

A year or so ago my browser defaulted to 1337 for some reason. I thought I'd been hit by some bizarre virus.

I agree: Billie Piper does wipe the floor with all of them.
Hell, she does it three times.
As Rose Tyler, as the Moment, and as the Bad Wolf.

Ten is the best Doctor, and Rose is the best companion.
And you can guess who and what I ship.

Yeah, I had no idea that this was a thing.
Wonder if anyone actually uses it.

What was your first space construct, anyway? I can't make image search work on this gadget.

The Daleks still have them beat.
And guess what:
It's also called the Crucible. And the Daleks did it 4 years before Mass Effect did.

And they had the most powerful weapon ever (after the Moment).

davros is certainly badass
I prefer the halos aesthetically, although I agree that the dalek crucible (wonder what the mass effect writers were watching when they thought of the name...) kicks the **** out of it functionally

Hmm. Well I guess in the first case it means Reapers win so it doesn't matter. For adding / removing options.. hmmmm. Maybe they can't remove destroy because they are piggybacking off it's power? Remove the piggyback and the crucible reverts to type, remove the destroy it no longer functions? So as a failsafe for it docking you have starharbingbrat there to convince you to utilise it's other functions.
