So? Everyone borrows/steals from everyone. Especially, in the gaming industry. Don't see why the huge surprise, that something spills over in the TV/Movie business. Imitation is a form of... yeah, you know it. :>

thats funny. I didnt notice the similarities when I first watched it.
AoS is turning out to be pretty good. I didnt have high hopes for it at first but now I really enjoy it. and yeah the SHIELD Lazarus project is working surprisingly well.
