On topic:
Not sure if this would be considered outlandish, but since I intend on going the completionist route before heading into the suicide mission it would be nice if since if Shepard survives the ending and it's possible to still walk around/talk to NPCs after the credits for there to be a decent amount of fresh dialogue and maybe even a new sidequest or 2. And romance Emily Wong.
