Interesting they gave T'soni the "Having a bad day" and the "I like your outfit" crap dialogue when my femshep wants nothing to do with the Asari.David7204 wrote...
Interesting that they gave Miranda quite a bit of 'I'm not good at normal crap' dialogue.
Best part of the Citadel DLC...

Fix'd
I thought that was one of the worst parts of the DLC. It was the moments like that that practically made the ending look like a masterpiece in my opinion.
You're taking that scene way too seriously
As I said, it's way too light-hearted, jokey, and campy for my tastes.

Sure some of it might be somewhat silly but I still loved it.
There should be several different categories for it.
But like some other people have pointed out I really loved Grunts adventure and those serious looking Turians who seemed more concerned about finding someone to turn the giant Krogan teenager/baby over to.
I've always liked things that are both serious, bisare and absurd yet familiar at the same time.

I don't like the clone plot and would scrap it in a heartbeat. Some of the 'silly' dialogue is just irritating, such as the 'I should go' stuff and the comment the squadmate makes about being shot at on a ladder. It cripples the drama and brings unwanted canoncity where it doesn't belong.
Clone plot > any mission or arc in the main game tbh

Eh, looking back, I dislike a lot of the camp and pure fluff. I'd rather they cut that stuff and given us more development than focus on the alcohol humor and fun and games attitude. Personally, I'd have made the story darker and cut the party element, or at least made the mechanic less of a party and more of a get together post ending. I'd keep some elements like (some) the dates.
I only partly agree, because the fluff was endearing. Some of it didn't work, some of it did.
The Citadel DLC---especially the companion interactions---wasn't serious business, though.
I agree that some scenes were just too silly (the unromanced Traynor hot tub scene was just weird, not to mention James's romance arc or the Ashley/James thing), but most of them were avoidable.

Outside of the interactions with Tela Vasir, the clone plot outdoes the Shadow Broker plot (and many other missions in the previous two games).

I dunno, that didn't bother me since I've had girlfriends / female friends do that very thing.

As I've said, I'd have preferred if it was taken more seriously and wasn't so campy, but otherwise, yeah this was much better than LotSB.

I mean, I would think it would be obvious "Don't judge me!" is a refuge for the weak...but then against it's surprisingly popular...so...who knows?

Why is Liara so appealing to you? Is it because of her undying urge to get inside of Shepard's head, or her obssiveness that borders on your own sick kick from heroism and hypocrisy?David7204 wrote...
Dreamgazer, is Vasir apprealing to you because of her 'Don't you dare judge me!' speech? I have to say I really didn't like it. An 'argument' as I've said, that I would really expect to hear from the more...12 year old girl on Facebook crowd?

The funny thing is, the clone is stupid and makes no sense. What does that say about the rest of the game(s)?
You mean the series with a telepathic plant that craps out armed asari clones in the first game? Yeah, it's fine in comparison.

She has a point, especially if you're a... heroic Shepard.
She's doing what she does to save the galaxy, as does a renegade Shepard.
