Me too, except the Volus Vanguard (yet).  I know for a fact I have extracted with all of them because I don't play silver or bronze and have completed all of the 200 wave challenges (except VV).

There are a handful of kits I've never used at all. They still have the "new" icon. So needless to say, I haven't extracted on Gold with them. That said, I'm sure I could slap a Harrier or Wraith on just about whatever and probably make it work. Might not be fun or optimal, but it's not that hard to extract Gold once you have the game mechanics down reasonably well.

I thought higher difficulty waves on a particular map contributed to the completed waves of the lower difficulties (ie: Gold waves help towards Bronze & Silver).

You're missing out on a sick melee/tech burst kit.

I really don't have a good reason for never trying him, other than I don't play much anymore and there are a lot of kits that don't get any play time, just a few favorites. But I'l give him a go.

I've played every kit on Gold at least once. Some were only once.

The only kit's I've not extracted with on gold are the BatSent and the VolGuard.

The volguard's melee specced for batgauntlet S&G's, so he's relegated to silver post-pub games, because I need the defensive bubble to stay alive more than 60 seconds on gold!

The BatSent's simply too lacklustre for me to have bothered taking into gold, I might do one day, but I'd rather play another kit. Any other kit!
