The first one I played: Human Male Engineer.

I've played with him and his overload and incinerate combo so many times, I can actually survive on Gold (though with a good team).

For 2nd place... too many xD

I'm not sure if I want to name a favrite. They are fun in different ways.
The Volu charaters are fun even if tmöheir damage output isnt massive.
They are grest for a team that stays together however with their shield boost and damage reduction. Snap cloak, it actualy works if timed correctly.

The batarian soldier as well as the krogan soldier. The shear amount of damage they can put out is ridiculous. Oh, and the krogan warlord because.. he's exactly how I imagined all krogan should be implemented (except for that whole.. can't take cover thing, unless they allow mantling cover)

Those 3 are my absolutely favourites to play.

My favorite unit is the Geth Juggernaut. I am not really a pro player, because I only play multiplayer with my friends, but it never ceases to amuse me to see my friends run away for a banshee at bronze while I can stand directly next to the banshee and melee it to death while keeping my shields up. (Yes I can also play with the juggernaut on higher difficulties, this is just an example of how genius it is. )

Still playing plenty of games on PS3 here!
I'm home sick off my head on strong drugs this week, so it's the only thing keeping me sane!!! 

Favourite "chacter"  is the PUG proof TGI.  The Asari Vanguard was always my favourite but I tend to play UUG these days and you never know what you're gonna get  (But still <3 the blue against Cerberus)
