I own Mass Effect and I got it from Steam.  How do I register the game here?  Basically I want to add DLC content and get it listed as the games for my account.

I've been trying to do that as well, but I don't think the social site allows Mass Effect to be added. I have it registered with my old Bioware account, but on this site it just shows Mass Effect 2 in the games listing. Maybe it will be something they will incorporate later?

Indeed, you cannot register ME1 on the social forums or the DLC for it. It may be incorporated later or they may just throw out all the old games. These are brand new, and with a big release on the rise, I doubt its the first thing on their list :-P
