It means that Romance haters and other assorted misogynists and misanthropists in general can shut their yaps about so-called 'waifus' in their loner RPGs. While Romance fans can customise their Romance experience in order to have their game truly unique.

Why is it terrible? People can have an entire 3-4 hours with their waifus and husbandos rather than the designated two conversations in the current games.

And yeah, Atton was pretty hype. As much as Chris Avellone hates writing romances, he's really good at them.

How's it a god-awful idea? There's no shortage of simps on here who've shown that such a tiny piece of content is a chief draw for them and EA is big on DLC and microtransaction, so there's a killing to be made with them turning into romance pusher/pimp.

ANd the Citadel DLC is already a pseudo-romance DLC.
