I agree with you, liggy. Why do so many people working on the project have so much integrity and want to keep their jobs? It's unthinkable!

Perhaps they didn't want a repeat of last time, where the script came out, like, half a year before release? Oh, and the publicity causing a terrible hype train that ruined everything.

The script leak in the ME3 demo wasn't BioWare's fault, that was Microsoft's.

But yeah, BioWare knows how much any leaks will be scrutinised and how crucial to the series' future it is that they get everything right after ME3. The next Mass Effect has the fate of the franchise resting on its shoulders, basically, and the team will have been told this :)

leaks come in a few types.
1. bad employees braking rules
2. the unintentional slip up
3. the intentional "unintentional" slip up

but I doubt we will hear anything major till this fall since the Next ME is likely a 2015 game

Not even GTA V was leaked during its development time, which was from 2008 till 2011 when it was unveiled.

Don't expect anything less for ME4

Yeah, but that still doesn't answer my question.  How do they keep the details in house with all of the people working on the game?  Do they only reveal the script to people that they know they can trust?

They indoctrinate all employees, just enough to keep them under control without compromise their cognitive skills...
