I'm trying to preview the different soundsets for character voices.
This should be really simple, but I can't see how to do it, and none of the documentation seems concerned with actually hearing the sounds, just choosing them by filename and manipulating them with FMOD.
Is this impossible, or am I stupid? Or both? What have I missed?
Export/Play sounds?

It's not impossible, but it's not trivial either. You should browse the audio subforum.

Thanks for that. I've gotten as far as using fsbext to unpack the fsb files. There are quite a large number of unnamed sounds in each fsb file. This is more trouble than it's worth - I'll just change the voice using the toolset until I find one I like.
I was hoping it would work like Blizzard's world editor at best or maybe I'd be forced to use a single third-party tool... but not to have to use 2 or 3 tools that ultimately leave me with a huge mess of unmanageable files. Oh well. Thanks again.
