One minute, I'll see an Alliance soldier on the Citadel wearing blue. Then I'll enter the same area another time and the same NPC will be wearing a red Alliance uniform (like Ascension students). Then to confuse matters further, I've seen them switch to black unforms with tan trim. They all have the Alliance logo on the chest though. And these are the same NPCs, with the same animations..

They usd gibbed save editor on themselves and switched from paragon to renegade
