What's funny is how much Harbinger supposedly values humanity, but they make them into their crappiest troopers. Husks seem pretty basic compared to mauraders or cannibals. Is that the best they can think of?

Humans make up husks, cannibals, scions, and praetorians. I'd say that they get made into some of the better troopers.
