The correct question for the OP to have asked is whether DLC affects ME2, depending on how Mr. Priestly was feeling at time of writing, the answer to that question may have been different

i can't believe Mass Effect Galaxy(which i didn't play,coz i don't use Iphone)is gonna impact ME2, yet BRTS has no impact or whatsoever in ME2

This, one is adding to the game the other is a different game for a completely different system. I may get galaxy but I hope Chris is kidding.

This is kind of dissapointing, I think he meant something else, because bdts did hint some carrying over.

yes, this is what you get for giving your money to bioware. "everybody didn't get the 1st dlc ? well, let's not mention it in ME2 for the ones that bought it, it will cause too much work for us and we already have their money !"

BDtS does count, PS I couldn't tell, I wasn't importing a save but I heard mention of Terra Nova and Father Bowman giving a sermon for the victims of the impact.
