I'm trying to see everything in ME3 for my subsequent playthroughs. romances, missions, dialogue etc.

Can I do Allers while still with someone else like Liara? Does locking a romance with Liara at the presidium conversation prevent the diana option?
And if she does find out, When does Liara confront me? if I go to her office right after doing Diana?

actually I don't think I got the choice to even do her. How do I make it happen. do every interview? Which ones? How many are there?

I know when I lock-in with Samantha I don't get the option to be with Allers(not that I want to)

According to the Wiki, there is some way to do Allers on the side, but it probably depends on the timing of when you lock in your main LI. Check the wiki.
