I have a desktop PC that I know runs the game perfectly, however I have an AMD FX processor which unfortunately causes the black texture glitch on Noveria and Ilos. So i am hoping to be able to run the game on my laptop as to not encounter this glitch.

Here are my laptops specs, it is an Acer Aspire V5-552
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Processor: AMD A10-5757M APU with Radeon HD Graphics (4 CPUs) 2.5 GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 8650G
I am also running DirectX 11 if that matter at all

If any other info is needed, just tell me.

You should be just fine with that, try with medium settings first, then play around with it by upping the quality, resolution, etc.

As long as there are no compatibility issues with Windows 8 I would see no reason why it wouldn't run at maximum settings at a comfortable frame rate.

So far I have had no issues running under Windows 8.1 but yeah the game runs fine on my i5 laptop with an intel HD GFX card so that should be fine
