Hi there. I have Mass Effect 3 (And am one of the people who enjoyed the ending haha!) And would love to post on the forums for it. However I have an issue. I must have signed up a long time ago with an origin account and have forgotten the email address I used. I contacted an employee via chat and they told me that the email name and date of birth does not match mine. My logical conclusion is that when I signed up, I used a bogus account so that I would not be bothered by spam and the like (Stupid move I know). Now the employee's probably don't trust that the email is mine, even though MY Gamertag is connected to it. If they just told me the email I know all of the passwords I use, but how am I supposed to attach my Gamertag to this account when I can't remember the one it is attached to?! Please help?

Useless answer since I said I already did that, I don't know what Origin account is attached to my Gamertag and they won't tell me because I gave them bogus info and now don't remember it. I know it was a stupid move, but there has to be something they can do?

No one here has access to your account information. This is a public forum, not any kind of official support site. Bioware has not had any customer service department since they stopped game distribution, in between Icewind Dale II and Neverwinter Nights I, over ten years ago, probably over eleven years now. .
