I wonder, will the affect of you doing side missions for Garrus help towards his loyalty? And what if you gave Tali the Geth information from the Geth Incursion.
Think that will matter?

Yeah. I should think that even if you have to "win their loyalty" Garrus and Tali should show up pretty "pre-loyal."
