I'd much prefer to play a cold, calculating and ultimately practical Inquisitor. Level headed and absolute in each action and decision, calm with even the slightest action given excessive thought. Their end goals are seen through with deadly calm efficiency, no matter what side they support.

After that I'd much prefer to play a seemingly gentle, and reasonable diplomat. Someone willing to hear everyone out, but, once they've made a decision, that decision is final. An Inquisitor who seems like a peaceful soul until they're crossed, until the law is broken - ultimately lawful, a calm personality that has the end goal of order but the hidden ferocity to see those goals through.

Finally I'd like to play a dryly sarcastic character, one with a sharp mind, wit and tongue. A personality that cracks a joke to throw people off, to disarm them, and as a defensive tactic. You don't know what's going on under the surface until they're ready to let you know, and it can be either to the benefit or doom of others.

I have no real interest in playing a psychotic puppy kicker.

Probably not, but if I do, I'll try ot RP a powerful witch nutter like Qetsiyah.

"I have trust issues, I'm controlling, paranoid, and a little crazy, and that's working out just fine."

Hmm... so the 3 primary tone choices this time will be extreme, psycho, or fanatic?

Interesting.

Not at all.

My Inquisitor will be diplomatic, heroic and generally good as much as possible although she will be mage-sympathetic.

I always try to cause as much anarchy as possible. Somewhere between chaotic neutral and chaotic evil.

Some men just want to watch the world burn. Like me!

I don't like playing complete monsters in my fantasy games. Morally questionable sometimes by our modern western standards maybe but not moustache-twirlingly evil (though I can't have a moustache...) like some people like to.

I could see the appeal in playing a bad guy, but not to the (genocidal) extent some players seem to want to. Well, everyone has their preferences I guess. Anyway, my character will be fairly heroic when she can - I won't make any definite plans until I see the background choices.

I'll be an elf that makes decisions that benefit the elves over everyone else, and I don't plan on hiding the fact if anyone asks.

"Did you just let that guy go because he was an elf elder!? He murdered 200 people!"

... yep, got a problem?

It cracks me up that you wrote this, and yet your account name is "appeal to reason."  Image IPB
