I'm a soldier currently serving in Afghanistan. I'm trying to install ME2, but the CD Key I received with my Mass Effect Trilogy purchase is "invalid". I've tried contacting every help source available, through Bioware and EA, and I can't connect (probably because my servers are routed through Pakistan). I repeat, I have exhausted every other means of contacting Support. Can someone please help me out with this? I know this is not the place to try to get help, but I've tried the Answer HQ, I've tried Origin, I've tried EA, I've tried Bioware. Nothing can connect me. Even when I try to contact EA without having to log into my Origin account, I can't get help because the only option it gives me is to have them call me (I don't have a phone) or to chat with a representative (which it won't connect me to). So now I have the game and all it's DLC but can't play it because it's not registered. I NEED HELP. Please, as a soldier, this would really make my time here easier.

I'm pretty sure only an EA representative could give you a new key. I did a little bit of looking and I found this message board answers.ea.com/t5/Mass-Effect-2/bd-p/mass-effect-2 If I were you I'd post your concern there, it seems like there's at least one EA representative that's around to address problems posted.

British or American? Either way, you have my respect for doing a damn fine job.
Just watch out for those Thresher Maws, I hear they breed like Krogan out there.
