 Okay, I've put responses in Facebook updates and also sent Tweets to ask about this.

When will the EU Warehouse of the Bioware Store be updated with new stock and re-stocked with some of the old stuff it currently doesn't have?

There has been LOTS of cool stuff added over the last few months that have not made their way over to the EU Warehouse.

If it isn't getting updated, it would be nice if a: There was an explanation as to why not and b: the link to the thing closed as for all intents and purposes I imagine the little amount it has got on there isn't going to sell.

Another thing to point out here is that judging from some posts in response to Facebook updates, it is obvious that not all EU fans know of this option on the site, so perhaps it should be made more clear that it is there (or maybe have it so the site detects if someone is in the EU or this side of the ocean and sends them directly to that Warehouse rather than the US one.

I know I am not alone in wanting to find out an update on this as several people have liked my posts on the Bioware/Mass Effect Facebook page when I've asked the question there and I've seen others also querying about it as well. So come on Bioware please give your EU fans an answer to this question as this is becoming a bigger joke than the Bioware Bazaar was.

I did tweet Aaryn Flynn directly about it last week and he said he would look into it, so would be nice to find out what the answer is

AFAIK, this is an outsourced function that some third party handles for EA / Bioware.  Locally, here in this forum, someone named Jordan St John drops in more or less weekly and chooses some of the message threads that he answers.  I have no idea whether his employer also handles an online store serving any other market besides right here, Stateside.  Scroll down a few posts to his last answer and see if his account allows you to invite him as a friend, and thereby be able to eventually send him a PM. 

For the past 2-3 months, the PM function on BSN has been worthless, because it now restricts you to only those on your list of friends.

I asked about the EU-Shop via Email.
They told me that they going to rework (?) the EU-Shop January...
Any news?

Hey there everyone! We do not have any updates for the EU Bioware store at this moment. Please stay tuned to official channels for updates as they are released. At this moment you can place international orders at the Bioware Store, but I understand this is far from accommodating as the shipping and duties charges makes items costly. We hope to bring good news to our friends across the pond very soon.
