I think that's the new ''The Last of Us'' DLC. They usually have ads from other sites so that explains it.

I'm gonna try to save this thread...
There was actually a never released DLC for ME1 that was going to really introduce Cerberus to the player. Even Sam Hullick composed a score for it, you can find it on Youtube...
Wonder what that DLC's plot was to be about.
