I am a jaded old sod, been gaming for 20 years and there isn't much any more that makes me hyped.  However I have to say this trailer was one of THE finest trailers I have ever seen for a game.  If I hadn't already pre-ordered the game I would have slapped down the money after watching that trailer.  It truly was damn epic and if the game is even half as good as that trailer it is still gonna be something special.

The only thing I can never get used to is seeing a male Shepard

I was late for school because I kept watching the trailer over and over again. No words can describe it. This is probably the most epic trailer I've ever seen.

Oh wow...This is really a Mass Effect advertisement done right. It focuses on the story and makes the whole game look and feel truly epic and important. Bravo, Bioware. Bravo.

Wow you guys used the Heart of Courage trailer music. I really loved how the edits matched with the beats of the song, that was very well done and got me EXTREMELY excited for the game!

I really don't know what to do with myself after watching that trailer. I'm not a big Tali fan, but seeing her pull a gun on Legion really added some cool points to her. I'm looking forward to a bromance with Jacob even more now, and Miranda showed some a lot more personality as well. Edit: Frank Meer definently put on the right pants this time.

Anyway, this trailer was SERIOUSLY epic!!!! First game trailer, heck, first trailer ( PERIOD ) to give me a slight chill. It was the part when the music comes in ( rather beautifully if I may ) while showing the scores for the game, and the light shined from the text........it was like magic......like magic I tell ya lol This game is gonna be amazing. You could tell right off, this game was made with a LOT of love from the Bioware team!! Awesome job guys and gals :-))
