My goodness, havent been on here in a looooong time....

I'l cut to the chase. I'm always on here 'stalking' you lot and it's sort of got me pumped to play through the whole Mass Effect experiance again.

So i'm going to start from scratch, I want to go through as a Female Renegade character, either sentinal or vanguard...still undecided....and starting from level zero :(

But I am posting here because I want the whole full experience to the max (if that makes sence). Basically, I need you guys input to sort of help here, with which characters to take with me on each/majority of missions for the most important dialog. Since I read somewhere on here you get great Javik dialog on mass effect 3 if you bring him on certain missions, so what about the other characters?

Or any advice for an awesome playthrough, thanks guys!

Will you start playing from ME1? If so, make sure you have unlocked the Assault Rifles talent for your sentinel. It will make ME1 much more enjoyable.
About the dialog, I see no other way but to play the entire trilogy multiple times, each playtrough with two "favorite" squadmates, in order to experience a lot of different dialog.

Yeh I will be starting from ME1. But I have multiple playthroughs with just a soldier (continued saves to get to highest level). If I start with a total new character do I get the choice for the bonus talent still?
All I mean about the multiple dialog, is the important dialog e.g. I seen somewhere that Javik has more to say, on a certain mission on ME3, which opens up a bit more info and insight on the ME universe.

I was just hoping to get the most of the story with my next playthrough.

Most of the time in missions the squad choice does not matter as "squadmate 1" will have some sort of lines, and "squadmate 2" will have another set, and they only vary in how they are delivered. In ME1 there is almost no exception except perhaps with Liara on Noveria, or at the beginning where there is a scene in the Wards that only occurs if you have Ash and Kaidan with you (which are your only 2 squad members at the time anyway).

For ME2, the main difference is if you take Legion on Tali's loyalty mission.

Javik changes the temple scene on Thessia in ME3, otherwise it is pretty similar.

Ah right thanks. Thought there would of been a few more 'different dialogs' with all characters on different missions. I'll mess about on it.

I find that you're almost forced to play through ME1 at least twice unless you want to dump a bunch of points in to Charm/Intimidate to unlock all conversation options. I'm also planning a renegade Sentinel run next, and my plan for dealing with that is this:

- 2 playthroughs
- first playthrough, drop only 2 points into Intimidate, and do it early
- be sure to have 5 points by Noveria
- exploit the Lorik Quin glitch to max Intimidate
- only plot worlds after that
- 2nd "official" playthrough should get to 10 in Intimidate, which is the max needed for all persuade checks on the Renegade side

That way I only have to give up 2 points from talents rather than 6 and can still unlock every conversation option.

2 playthroughs should also guarantee I get to at least level 50 even if I kill stuff in the Mako rather than on foot and skip several non-essential side missions that have no effect o ME2/3.  That means I can start ME2 at level 3.  I've gone all the way to 60 on ME1 twice now, but getting those last few levels is pretty tedious, and the 2 extra start levels for ME2 just aren't worth a 3rd playthrough before moving on.

I have no idea about that glitch, i'll try and look it up. Thanks for the suggestions, cant wait get home now ha.

I just cant be bothered to do two playthroughs on ME1, just simply because of the combat. But I shall, like you say, force myself Image IPB

Also "That way I only have to give up 2 points from talents rather than 6...." You lost me, I might be just tired but I dont undertand that part Image IPB
