There is no game to register. It's an unreleased game.

There is no obvious conduct rule I can see that applies.

I am not having a tech related issue related to a game. I just want to post in the DA:I forum.

You have a tech issue with that forum. There is zero tech support, zero customer support, on BSN. Last year. one of Bioware's staffers did visit this forum irregularly, at first roughly every week to ten days. His function is not "support" that I am aware of. Over time, his visits became less and less frequent, or at least, his answers in here were posted less often. I don't think he has answered anything here in the past two months . . maybe longer
