I am entirely ignorant as to the themes found within the Witcher, but I saw someone mention both sexism and homophobia as negative points? How are those topics addressed within the game?

So lately I was at the Witcher Forums and noticed that most (if not all) of the users there don't like Dragon Age
They find it immature in comparison to The Witcher and view the latter as much more superior in every way(story, gameplay...)
So what do you think about The Witcher? Do you feel exactly the opposite? Or do you agree with them?
In my opinion both game franchises are awesome and I'm looking forward to both of them
but apparently many think that you can't be a fan of both of them

Another is how Geralt sleeps with practically every female he meets, and how they're usually naked, but Geralt himself always at least has pants on, on-screen.
I think his only criteria is it has to be female. Is his MO to sleep with anything that has a pulse?

It's too bad that Geralt is heterozexual. This obvious character flaw cannot be ignored. Geralt being heterosexual and choosing to sleep with females is so wrong, especially when it's always the player who makes him have said sex with these women, because the game doesn't. This is obviously Geralt's fault then, and he is sexist. I also like how the game forces us to see through all of the female npc clothes, because it does that apparently.
You do like to play the reductio ad absurdum card, don't you.Geralt being heterosexual and choosing to sleep with females is so wrong, especially when it's always the player who makes him have said sex with these women, because the game doesn't.
In TW yes, which is a major flaw in the game, but in TW2? Not at all, so stop spreading lies.Thomas Andresen wrote...

Yes, it's a major flaw, a flawt hat does not exsist in TW2.sandalisthemaker wrote...

It's the cards themselves. And the creepy ass 'collect them all' vibe. You know this. I know this. We all know this.

But comparing the second games TW2 absolutely destroys DA2 I must say.
We all know Persona 5 will stomp both games.Greylycantrope wrote...
Oooo fandom wars. Well since I've played all the Dragon Age and Witcher games to date, I feel justified in predicting that Persona 5 will likely be my personal favorite upcoming game.
