There will be more ME after the trilogy ends.

It looks as though Bioware wants to have two different IPs of their own; one fantastic (DA) and one sci-fi (ME); two different settings so that they can let go of other companies franchises such as Forgotten Realms or Star Wars.

On the other hand, Bethesda is a two IP deveoper (one before FO3) and they make good games.

I am EXTREMELY happy they have 2 excellent IP's because that means we get great games.

I don't want to ever see Shepard (or any of the characters) again though, after this trilogy I want to see new stories explored.

I'd like to see some prequel games focusing on the Krogan Rebellions and the First Contact War.. These stories are ripe for some kind of RTS or FPS style games
Now that would be awesome. But I don't see BW doing anything not-RPG related.
And what about getting to play the story of David Anderson and Saren?

I don't think we will ever see another JE honestly. Never really heard much about it, and I'm sure it's good but it's the only Bioware RPG I haven't played.

Jade Empire is IMO the best game that ever came out for the original Xbox.

As the title says, it has been confirmed by Greg Zeschuk that Bioware will continue to explore the Mass Effect universe after the main trilogy ends. You can read the whole thing here: http://kotaku.com/54...u/full (Kotaku)

My friend you just committed blasphemy...IMO you cannot use the words "Fantastic" and "Dragon Age" in the same sentence without ripping a hole in the space time continuom. I'll admit, DA was a good game but there was NOTHING "fantastic" about it. Perhaps, given the context of your post (and given someone else hasnt corrected it for you already) I assume you mean "Fantasy" and Sci-Fi, instead of "Fantastic" lol.

Haha, yeah, you're right, I mean't fantasy. I'm sorry, english is not my first language and I tend to make mistakes like this.

This is something I was thinking about yesterday, oddly enough. I really would love to see the setting from a different point of view. Being part of the military is cool and all, but I want to be a civilian after ME3See Foo wrote...
That's great news, as the galaxy is so vast that there are different wars, conflicts, and things to happen. Imagine being a smuggler, or mercenary.

It'll be great if they make an expansion concerning other conflicts like First Contact War, as Fallout 3 did with Anchorage.
How about lets not make too much DLC for it seeing as how some of us dont want to invest in a HDD...
But seroiusly though...They could do SO much better after the trilogy is over than mere "DLC"
