Most interesting? Definitely the Black City. Otherwise the Tevinter Imperium.
Most interesting place in the Dragon Age universe

I want to explore all of the places you mentioned, except Orzammar/Deep Roads; I've had enough of that damned place.

The places beyond Thedas interest me the most

I found Orzammar and the deep roads infinitely interesting.
Love it to bits.
Looking forward to seeing Kal Sharok and the Anderfels too.

Teviner seems cool and I have a feeling that we'll go there eventually. I'd love to see the Grey Warden fortress and that statue of Andraste coming out of the mountain face. We've really only seen how Grey Wardens were treated in Fereldan; I am excited to see how they are in Orlais, which seems to respect them, and in the Anderfels where Wardens pretty much run the show.

Tevinter is a place we hear crazy things about, but never seen. It needs to be explored more from a gameplay point of view & not just hearing or reading about it.
Indeed - The Imperium is the most interesting place in Thedas (at least for me - i like magic and play mages (mostly - don't like stabbers (melee-classes) that much, same for archers), so the knowledge that Tevinter has, is one of the most interesting things present in this world of Thedas)

Arlathan.
To me this is by far the most interesting place on the mortal side of the Fade. Whatever is left there would be the remnants of the oldest civilization or Thedas, and the destruction by magic of Arlathan is one of the most interesting events in the world's history.

Oh, the writers have done a great job of hinting at all these places being amazing, but just in the corner of our eye, allowing our imaginations to make it something desirable, just out of reach. I worry seeing it might ruin this.
But. Having said that there are 3 places I would love to visit for different reasons.
Sights - Val Royeaux - I so want to see the Cathedral, with the new graphics I hope they can make it as beautiful and stunning as it is described.
Story - Kal Sharok - We hear so much about these dwarves, and how they survived the Blight, but no details, I want to know what happened!
Lore - The Black City - maybe we will finally find out what exactly happened there (I know, I know, unlikely) but come on, I want to wander round the former seat of the Maker. They'd have to do it in an annoying way, a magic shield that protects us from the taint, or maybe we are a grey warden again thus immune to the taint? But I so want to go there.

The Fade. Surely it's not all rocky wilderness with the occasional demon-lord's castle, there must be other towns besides the Black City.

Tevinter Imperium first, although a shadow of it's former glory it's still the oldest still standing country. It would be full of very interesting culture and interesting sights, as long as you could keep yourself from causing trouble.
Neverra next, home of the dragon slayers and a country rich in culture and art, while lacking Orlais well...for lack of a better word Orlaisness.
I would really be interested in seeing the Neverran tombs.
Par Vollen is third on my list. With it's rainforests, jungles, and pyramids it seems like it'd be a unique place to visit...as long as you didn't tick off the locals. Plus I'd like to see these elusive Fex.
