[Bushido Effect]

 So I've been doing new runs this year to see everything I missed.  But I feel like when I played at launch, I got AR barrel V before hitting Earth.  FYI back then I had no DLC except Javik via my CE box.  Not sure if the DLC affected where/when I get it? I have everything except Omega today. 

I did all side missions and N7 maps too.
So is it possible to get all level V vanilla mods on a fresh import? or do I need to do a NG+?

I usually get my AR barrel V on thessia by the downed gunship at the end.
