After going stabbity-stabbity on him with the Omni-Blade and talking with the Prothean VI, did he lift his head up from the floor and watch you walk out of the room?

Because he just did on my most recent playthrough. I don't know if I never noticed that before or if it was just a random glitch, but it was there nonetheless.

I did see a slight movement of his body on the way out, but it could be muscle spasms as his body shuts down. Besides, even if he was alive, Cronos station wasn't going to last much longer, and I don't see him in any shape to run away this time

Since when does logic ever trump drama in video game storytelling?

Seriously, I fear for the return of this character in future stories. I'm suddenly worried that Brooks survived me gunning her down at the end of Citadel, considering how much love both Leng and her get in the out-of-game fiction.

Rag doll effect maybe. Mass effect is full of stuff like that, I like the one where you speak to liara with glyph around and your head tracks glyph instead of speaking to liara.

The station obviously survives long enough for the Systems Alliance to salvage the proto-reaper heart/brain and get it off to the Crucible.

Plenty of time for him to either stow-away or escape.

Alright, maybe not time, but he is not exactly in any shape to sneak around and stow away. It looked like that final strike at Shepard took all he had, and he was already bleeding from their previous encounter

Never noticed it but I doubt he lives. Then again Shep somehow survives the destroy ending so you never know
