I am wondering what reserved stamina is. Right now I have 77 stamina (110 reserved), I get to use two abilities and then auto attack everything most of the time.
But at times I have much more available, what causes this?

If you are using "Sustained" abilities, they will "reserve" some stamina as upkeep to keep them on. While these abilities are active, your effective stamina pool will be lower.
To have a larger effective stamina pool, deactivate some of your sustained abilities.

So for example, if you have a stamina pool of 187, and then turn on a Sustained (toggled) ability with an Upkeep of 50 and another Sustained ability with an Upkeep of 60, that would reserve 110 of your stamina and leave you with a pool of only 77 stam until you deactivate one or both of those abilities.
