I'm kind of a maniac when it comes to getting my hands on every available piece of extra in-game content for my games, so I hope they won't have bonus items for pre-ordering from two different stores like they did with ME3. Even though that origin shotgun was worthless it still really got on my nerves I missed out on it (until it came with dlc later of course).

If they must have a day1 dlc, I hope they do it like they did with shale in DA:O, a free copy of the dlc with every new copy of the game. I know some people thought that was going too far already, but I didn't mind too much about it. The way they handled the Javik dlc on the other hand was not okay though.

Some small in-game goodies like a 1+ skillpoint book and some pieces of gear exclusive to the CE and DDE that aren't better than every other piece of gear in the game would be okay aswell. With the new "make your own weapons and gear" skill in DA:I we might just get some plans so that we can forge the armor and weapons on our own, and make better versions of them as we make progress in the game. Of course the stuff would have to have unique looks for it to be worthwile.

Other than that I'd like to see an artbook (as big as possible please, I just love artwork!), perhaps a making of dvd, soundtrack and maybe even one of the comics. A nice extra item could be one of the rings. It could be random which ring you'd get from the box and then people would have to trade with each other to get the one ring they wanted, or buy the other rings from other people to get a complete set!

Just kidding, trading rings would be horrible. Make it so that people can choose which ring to get and then put them up for sale on the Bioware store. Make a discount on the rings if bought with a copy of the DA:I CE.

If I buy a CE, it's usually for the in-game features. I don't mind paying extra for some of those features and probably wouldn't buy a CE if there were no differences in-game. I will admit I did like the way Bioware included the extra stuff for anyone that pre-ordered DA2. I thought it was kind of a nice way to reward fans who were willing to pay full-price ahead of time (despite the amount of whining on the forums about Day 1 DLCs).

I just wanted to add that it doesn't have to be big things that would affect gameplay.  For example,  I loved the sweat shirt look for casual wear on Normady in ME3 and desperately wanted some alternative casualwear for Hawke while she was in her home.

Bonus in-game content. Maybe soundtrack. You can keep all the physical stuff, I don't want or need it.

*Steel book case, with special artwork.
*Art book (I'm a sucker for these!)
*Soundtrack
*Whatever the D1DLC is (you know it's coming)
*Perhaps an inquisition flag.
*If they could squeeze in a codex from all 3 games in the form of a fancy tome, that would be cool too, me thinks.

Stuff I'll throw away and anything to give me that nostalgic regret of having bought a collectors edition. Oh wait, I was never that dumb. Nevermind!

Definitely in-game dlc or items. I don't have the space in my apartment for statues or to display anything, and it's just more clutter that needs to be dusted, and I'm not really interested in a cloth map (what is the use of it?) or anything like that. If it came with a digital soundtrack or art book, that would be great.

I WOULD like to have something physical in it like a statue of a big massive dragon or something like a model of the Keep.

I want an exclusive character, not companion though, who functions in a similar way to DA2's dog did at your house in that you have interactions with them and so do your companions. they give off hand commentary about your last major quest and maybe even some easter egg commentary.

Extra special content in the game is the only thing that interests me.
Maybe -- special appearance mods - choose 2 of out of 50 options.
If i was really pushing it, then exclusive Leliana content. :)

I think if they were to add digital in-game content to the SE/CE that if they are large pieces of dlc that they should be purchasable by everyone such as quests etc but items and such should be kept exclusive.

A printed manual. With detailed information about the game's mechanics.

The same manual should be available, in digital form, with all copies of the game.

Well, my big fear with the ME3 Collectors case was that I might break the disc cause it was in so tight. I almost did break it a few times but it was a nice case, so if they can make so that I can take it out of the case easier, then am fine with whatever.

I am all for the cloth map, as long as it is cloth and not "cloth-like" paper. DLC codes too, that'd be nice.
