Yes very noticable with engineers, but maybe most prominent with the captains and marauders. Just wondering is there some hard evidence.

So this would mean they go berserk the moment you deplete the WB but as you kill them they go softer again?

I think that as long as there are 6 or less on gold, they would go berserk.
But as I said, word of Cyonan.

Anyways, I'm changing that to 50 to see what happens.

OT: I can confirm this after playing many gold solos against cerberus.
All of a sudden, especially at the end of first two waves, centurions and troopers start rushing towards me as if I insulted their mother Illusive Man. Even a rageful krogan doesn't strike that fast :P

Yes and cannibals also go crazy and accurate, and sometimes they even camp behind corners for a quick hug. And generally the enemy rushes you and don't use cover. It's like a race at the end for them.

We had a Cerberus Engineer bumrush our Juggy yesterday and try to pistol-whip him. Like he was gonna solo that wave and clutch the game for the rest of the Cerberus team. LMAO

How does this effect affect Dragoons, though? Those crazy bastards can't get any more beserk than they already are, right? Image IPB

Don't need a mathematician to confirm that. If you've ever done OTC grab farming or solo you'll notice mobs go aggro at the end of waves.

At the end of the wave budget or after an objective is complete, you gain the allurement of the juggernaut

I don't know about Dragoons, but Guardians definitely look a little angrier as they slowly advance toward you.

Their stupid AI ensures that not one of them can survive long enough to the depletion of the wave budget . :D

Their spawn limit cap ensures that too anyway. That or something is very wrong. :whistle:

It may be a wave budget thing or just a numbers thing. When farming grabs on FBDagger they all come running to be grabbed when there are 5 creatures left.

I'd love to mod the game to make the enemies like that the whole time, the game would be so much harder. It says in the game files that enemies go berzerk when there are 10 enemies left on platinum, meaning there are 8 enemies alive and only 2 more can spawn.

they go berserk at end of last wave objective. which is the end of match.

Interesting topic, however. I myself never heard of this, and I'll gladly keep my doubt's until Cyonan shows up, but I'll concede those lines of code looks suspicious. Looking forward to what Cyonan has to say about it!
