Hello

I bought DA:origin right after its premiere in Poland, so there was no need for registration in the origin system. After some time I’ve decided to play this game again, but I couldn’t find my manual with the serial number, so I called EA tech support and they gave me bioware phone number, because they didn’t have acces to data at social.bioware.com. When I called bioware, they told me to call EA…I’m going around in circles… Since my serial number is on social.bioware.com is there someone on this site who can send it to me by e-mail?

looking forward to be hearing from you... I hope you can help me

Testing here. "Use Standard Form" fails since this morning with FireFox. "Post New Topic" fails. I didn't try the Quote so far.

OK, tried that. It failed, as well. Since this is Friday evening, I'd imagine it may not be fixed before Monday or Tuesday.  Saturday morning, however, I can edit this comment.

I'm having the exact same problem with a game, Dragon Age Ultimate ed. Except my cause for not having the serial number is surviving a house fire... can someone from Bioware please help me get my serial?

Gorath, not to be rude, but you do not seem to be a Moderator. Second of all, I tried EA help first they couldn't help. So where exactly AM I supposed to get help, if EA won't help?

If the game advisers refuse to assist, they are the ONLY official support, and you are officially out of luck. Unofficially, try Answers HQ's forum.
