I know not everyone likes him but he does have some valid points this week about how people react to things online.

Meh, didn't even bother reading the link, all I have to say is GIFT.
It's about as accurate as you can get.

He usually has some valid points, and this is one that I suspect we've all been guilty of at some point or another.
Although even going beyond joking, I've noticed that people react poorly whenever you say anything the slightest bit negative about something they like and assume that it somehow means you hate everything about it. The BSN is extremely bad for this.
I'll joke about or criticize pretty much anything, including the things that I love. That doesn't mean that I hate everything.
As far as games go, I don't consider any game as being perfect and in fact consider a perfect game as being impossible to make. I'd say there should be some criticism for any game.

Ah the Escapist, the New Yorker of the gaming media. I always read it when I'm at the Yacht club with John Kerry on the cape.

Ha. Fat Face Jim. I like Jim, he personifies everything that is wrong and right with game journalists. He's a clown basically, literally in this vid and in his "career" as a gaming "journalist". But what he says is pretty true, funny and brash and offensive... much like most of his stuff.
More Fat Face Jim I say. And less IGNorant.com and gametrailers.com spook Geoff(wat dafuq is that, why doesn't he spell it Jeff, with a J) Keignely or Kiley or whatever his name is.
If the game industry was full of more Jim sterling and angry joe the industry would be held to higher standard methinks. Especially the big guys like EA, Activison, CAPCOM and Ubisoft.
Good for Jim.

He's alright. Better than lolIGN.
Didn't watch the video, but everything ever said on the Web is a personal jab at me.

He makes some really good points. I try to make sure to keep in mind most of the things he says in this video when I'm discussing something I like. I have to keep in mind that I'm a fan, not a soldier defending the glorious thing of thingyness.
And Dynasty Warriors looks pretty cool, just sayin'.

I make fun of LOTR's book dialogue because sometimes it's just so out-of-place xD "Go on Gandalf, go White Rider, go on!" I mean, it sounds like an four year old cheering a boat xD
But I love Tolkien with all my heart. I'd marry the bastard if he wasn't six-feet under, for all the good things his works have brought me.
