DAI: What will you play for?

One, is those who truly love and are interested in the actual story line and drama of the events taking place. They tend to be very forgiving when it comes to technical aspects and are way more concerned with the interactions between characters and figuring out the plot and story line and thereby having a positive (or negative) affect on the history of Thedas. They also (generally) tend to like the romance options and also do their best to help their companions on their personal issues (quests) and they also will tend to do side quests that make the world around them better (or worse depending on who they are playing). This camp have people who generally will pay attention to how armour and weapons appear aesthetically to even the extent where they will actively look for stuff that "matches" the other stuff the character is wearing. This camp tends to approach their enemies as they come and often battle with a "off the cuff" method and will often improvise on the spot rather then spend a lot of effort and time on strategy ahead of time.
The second camp tend to be those who like playing the game for the actual "technical gaming" aspects. They demand great graphics, good fighting concepts and mechanics. These people put great effort into the their weapons and armour for strategic reasons. They tend to be more about playing to "win" and tend not to care too much about the storyline that doesn't deal will completing the conquests ahead of them. They tend to approach the romance and other personal story points with a "take or leave" it idealism and then only if they can take some sort of material or strategic award away from it. These people also put a lot effort into studying their enemy and bosses and formulating strong methods for defeating them. They tend to be putt off by anything in the game that is there for just fun and enjoyment as view it as a waste of time. They like playing the game for the battles and combat generally more than other aspects.
Like I said above most people have bits of both camps in them but if you had to pick which camp to you belong to? And do you think DAI will favour one group over the other overall?

Story stuff, anyone who plays BioWare games primarily for the graphics/gameplay/technological advances is doing it wrong.

I've played a few games where the gameplay was interesting and challenging but the story was mere window-dressing. Needless to say, those are games that I've never completed.

I am usually more concerned with the story than I am with the technical aspects of Bioware games, and DAI will be no exception.

For me, the technical gaming aspects are a reason NOT to play DA. I mean, the tactics are supposed to make companions fight better while you control your own, but only the really gamer players even know how to make it work properly, because it's just so poorly done. The tactics in DA2 were about as "good" as in Origins, maybe a bit worse. It added new options/rules for the player to define how the characters not being controlled move, but BioWare took out the things that made the tactics as a whole, work.
When it comes to the story and such in DA, people claim they like it, but when there is a character they don't like, they bash on them, and throw roleplay to the wind. How many people can honestly say they only ever killed a companion or potential companion for the purposes of roleplaying a character? I do the opposite (rarely, if ever), letting a companion live, throwing roleplay away, but as Penny (from The Big Bang Theory) says "Love trumps hate."

I play to roleplay through the quests and story (among other things) but could live without the romance, or romance being such a big component, So there's that camp too.
I'm story driven but also don't want the graphics or combat to suck. Not obsessed with armor appearance either.
I mostly want overall quality and no weak areas. If some aspect of the game is done really well, I will enjoy it. If it's not, I won't.
