I am not sure if Cassandra Saturn plays Dragon Age, but considering her taste for Demons, it is not out of order to suggest a Blood Mage romance for her.

honestly wither or not blood magic is a specialization or not, is she even romancable, that I know for sure that hasn't been comfirmed

also "Templar" is just a speicalization, its not like Hawke walked in and said "I wanna learn how to be a templar, without the lyrium addiction"

Because changing people's minds and prejudices is impossible.

Trusting them as a friend is one thing.

Letting you stick it in them or having them stick it in you, is a whole different level of emotional **** that needs to be ironed out. And especially for someone like fenris who was molested by his mage owner, it really shouldn't be something as easy to do as it is.

A break off after the kiss starts to get intense might work really well, but then that would go against my drive to set all romance content ablaze.

Maybe rivalry romances, those dont make sense to me any way you look at them but you can rp (a friendmance)in a way that it makes sense. For instance I had a Templar who I decided became a Templar in Lothering to keep Bethany safe, deflect suspicions from her, warn her and other mages,etc...I played him 100% pro mage and he helped with that mage underground stuff in Kirkwall. It made sense to me that this character would romance Anders.

Well, Fen did run away after you all had sex the first time, because the intimacy did affect him somewhat, as well as the return of his memories, brief as it was.

I've never seen a single BioWare character anywhere that had bad game, honestly. some NPC somewhere wants them.

Or, for that matter, that people can't be attracted to others with differences of opinion or nature.

If anything, those dynamics make the romance angles a lot more interesting. I've done Leliana x Bloodmage!Warden ^.^

You could just use blood magic to woo her.....

Also....I think the blood magic could be used in....interesting scenarios....If you can mind control someone...you could enhance an emotion they are feeling..like say..arousal...

Never underestimate magic. Smooth words and suave manners may be well and good but magic gives you a lot of options.

Seriously though, she's the most prominent female companion at this point.

Just like Morrigan and Isabela were for the past two games.

And Gaider wrote her. He always writes at least one romanceable companion.

So it's possible. I hope. 

She better be..Or I will create a blood mage Inquisitor and sacrifice Regalyan to power my spells...

Well the dev have said that your spec have more impact..So i hope not that a blood mage can have a relation whit Cas. Also if your realy pro templar that mage dont want romance whit you. in my opion you geth a beter game this way

Haha, well the most obvious would be is she same sex compatible, and second would be can you romance her as a mage. Knowing her backstory I wouldn't be surprised if it puts a potential strain on any relationship you might have, but then again I dunno if Bioware would want to risk pissing people off by making her so anti mage that you can't romance her as one.

Gaider wrote two romances for DAI and two companions, so unless the game has none-follower romance like ME3...

My real concern is more of a reflection of how being a Blood Mage will be treated overall. Merill is a great example of a "good" Blood Mage but her whole story is how the fear of her destroyed her life irregardless of the wisdom of her work.

I wonder if the developers will treat being a Blood Mage as a valid path or a grossly misdirected choice.
