Noobish question from me, how do I increase the amount of gel/heals/missiles ect. that I can hold?

You'll get upgrades in equipment packs in the stores. The more expensive packs are more likely to drop rarer items like capacity upgrades, but you can also get common items from them, so you can pay more for little benefit. Your best bet is to be patient and buy the recruit packs until you've maxed out common items and then buy progressively more expensive packs to start gathering rare and ultra rare equipment.

This will take a while.
