It's extremely funny how I was dead set on destroying the Reapers. I didn't give a hoot what the IlLoony Man said or anything. The Reapers were going down and I couldn't wait to stick it to em. HOWEVER, when I got to the end and was given the option, I totally controlled them. Great game

I took Control my first time around. Now I go for Synthesis at times, but I go for all of them....

I have never picked control. I always choose destroy.

I wasn't going to pick control at first. Everytime the IlLoony Man came up talking that gibberish about controlling them, I just brushed him off. But when the Citadel Spirit told me destroying them would destroy all synthetics and kill a lot of ppl, I decided Control would maybe be the safest bet. I'm going to start another playthrough and choose destroy next time.

 Actually on my first play through, I chose control. I figured I could use the Reapers to help rebuild all that was lost. I mean there might be those who don't want the help of the very machines that took their families, so obviously Shep wouldn't assert himself in those instances.

I miss that first time experiencing the series. *le sigh*

the only people you would have killed with destroy are EDI and the Geth, and as much as I like them, theyre machines.

Id rather be rid of the reapers for good than keep them alive so EDI and the Geth (MACHINES) could live

Well if Shepard controls the Reapers he/she can always order them to self destruct or fly them into the sun... or something along those lines.

Like I said I always choose destroy so I can have a future free from the threat of the reapers.

I really didn't want to. Especially keeping those disgusting monsters alive too. What can they do to help rebulid?? The Reapers could be put to work but Husks, Cannibals, Brutes?? What, are they going to scare ppl into helping rebuild??

LOLOLOLOL! I got Synthesis without Extended Cut by winging through it without doing any DLCs(DLCs were not installed)or Side Missions. I was so disappointed....
