 Playing BOS. Get out of that white void room, hear Malak's voice and the game crashes. What should I do?

If you have tried reloading an earlier save already and that did not work, maybe you'll have some luck reporting that issue here.

Still some activity there in recent times.

I keep going over the files, it just says that windows experieced an error and will correct the problem, not that anything is wrong with the mod itself. I'm using Windows 7. Might that be it?
