It'll be painful for me cause I'll know you dirty, dirty Americanos will be playing it and I'm left out in the cold till Friday due to arbitrary release dates imposed by corporate fat cats earning more money than any of us with a fraction of the talent! GAH!

The painful part for me will be waiting for the kids to go to sleep.  I don't start gaming until they crash out or I find I am leaving in the middle of a cut scene to get another glass of water.  And I refuse to miss an interrupt be cause I was interrpted!
And knowing my luck, that will be the night everyone's up until 10:30.    The things we go through, raising the next generation of gamers.

Nope, Tuesday is Australia Day which is a public holiday so I'll be busy having a BBQ in a park with some friends. Besides, we have to wait until Thursday to get our hands on ME 2.

I'm actually quite surprised that the Aussies are getting it a day before us.

What is it, We Hate Europe week or something?



Yes I know it's only a day, but it's the principle of the thing. Everybody knows Aussieland is the global videogame ghetto. I feel slighted.

Midterms end at 11:45. Rushing to Gamestop after that, picking up game, going home, installing, playing till midnight. I need SOME sleep for Wednesday.



I could go for another winter break to play this game, though.

Hmm, that is a bit odd. That'd probably explain why Steam has it as a 29th release. Usually we are a day behind you guys in Europe. Here's hoping you get a pleasant surprise and it gets released on the 28th for you guys too.

I'd like an even better surprise and have it released for all of us on the 26th.
Wasn't digital distribution supposed to make global releases a reality? No more excuses about stock and whatnot.

Haha.  Thanks.  I'm super excited about the baby of course, and won't even be thinking about the game if she happens to go into labor before launch.  Right now though, there's that selfish little part of me thinking "Dang it!".
