So did I. I feel mistreated now. Nothing memorable, though; I guess the louder the mouth, the less competent the player.

I've run into this guy also one time. One of the few times I've quit a game early. Join his game on wave 2. Thought he might give up on his monologue since I didn't respond. Quit on wave 3.

I used to do it before I learned how to reload cancel.  And it doesn't make it one of the worst guns, but it does gimp its performance against bosses HARD.  It becomes more of an anti-mook gun, but it's still pretty good for that if you can aim, because you can one-shot so many things.
