It has been over 2 months since I ordered my item and I still do not have it. Can someone please tell me what the hell is happening. I have submitted a ticket (#43072) but with past experiences I know it will most likely take forever for someone to reply it. Can a offical staff please reply me here. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks
