It's a new heavy weapon that doesn't match the profiles of any of the ones featured on the Arsenal page. It appears to be a Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) of some kind, judging by the fact that it has a microfusion array and that rebuilding its power cells with modern materials yields a 15% increase in ammo capacity.
