Drell one and the N7 ones are my favorites. I also like the design of the Krogan one which I forget which challenge it's for and the asari one which I also forget which challenge it's for.

Currently sporting the Drell one though.

I'd wear whatever one I had most recently unlocked back when doing the challenges.

Now, I just cycle through my favorites. Really love the Blood Pack banner, Death Guard, Collector General (a badge of honor for PS3 players LOL), and a lot of the alternates, especially the Dog of Wars.

Right now, currently sporting the only banner with a Turian in it:



My PC account, which hasn't unlocked anything yet, currently wears this:



However, due to BroJo peer pressuring me about having no banner on PC yet  , I am currently working on SMG Mastery, since it's one of the easiest for me to go for at the moment since I actually have 5 SMGs to use for the challenge.

The banners are a nice touch. My favorites are Reaper Mastery and the Combat Mastery with Grunt.

I like my alt BotB. I worked long and hard to get it, so I use it!!! I do like the dog of war banners and the death guard banner too

They should make you a custom banner for creating the Resource Library!  Best thing ever!

DrellGod and Machinist are my favorites. The alternate Survivor banner is nice too, but I see so many people using it.

That lodestar banner is a mess. Can't stand the sight of it.

 I dig the alt BotB and Lone Wolf banners. But, I never wear them because lolnewbs always increase the difficulty when they see it. I just want a relaxing lolsilver match okay? I don't feel like trying to carry your arse through Gold.

Um, that's the Mastery banner for I-haven't-unlocked-any-challenges-yet-so-this-is-the-default-banner-on-the-N7HQ-for-a-bannerless-person. Because I haven't finished any of the challenges on PC yet.

Anything that doesn't cause eyebleed once the text overlay is on top of it. A few of the alternate banners turned out real nice until you try to use them in game. THen eyebleed.
