Ever since Playing the Phoenix Vanguard and Phoenix Adept, I find it
hard playing the Normal Adept and Vanguard in sp now. It isn't as fun.
So, is there anyway to, transfer the abilities and melee attacks of the
phoenix characters over to SP?

Many of us ME3 modders have been trying to do this ever since the release of the game. Fortunately, through a bunch of research and guess-and-check, we can import most of the MP powers, including Lash and Smash to our Shepards. The setup is somewhat complicated and tedious, as ME3 is tenacious in letting us mod the game.

You can view the thread that discusses creating custom classes in SP here. Do note we have been unsuccessful with importing melee attacks, which are seemingly hardcoded into the specific character. Nevertheless, unlocking most of the MP powers is sufficient for some epic new builds for the singleplayer.

One of the most overpowered and devastating builds that I created is the Annihilator Vanguard, which uses Biotic Charge, Nova, Annihilation Field, and Stim Packs. With Liara and Javik as squadmates...Biotic Explosions everywhere.

That sounds epic... I would think stim pack would be sort of redundant though, with BC as an inexhaustable shield-replenishing power. Still, this makes me jealous of PC players.
