I bought the digital deluxe edition and this supposedly contains the N7 Warfare pack (which I can partially confirm as some of my weapons indeed have N7 skins) but the armor is not included. Am I the only one?

Before turning to gibbed (sorry, this may be a dumb question, but I don't care), did you check your email in the normandy? I think you get access to weapons asap thanks to being able to choose your loadout before Mars, but not armors until you get free roam in the Normandy after the first Citadel Mission and thus get access to the email terminal.

If unread e-mails always get moved to the top section so scrolling all the way down isnt necessary, then no, as I never leave unread messages alone. I also checked in my armory -> custom armor section but there's only the stuff I bought (collector armor, dragon armor etc.)

But then again my game might be bugged because I never met Chakwas or Michel the first time I was at Huerta Memorial and only too late did I realize this so I played through the game with an empty medical bay in the Normandy. :/

I thought the Defender armor (along with the N7 Valkyrie assault rifle) were only pre-order bonuses when ME3 first came out.

The N7 Defender Armour was a pre-order bonus, the WiiU version of the game includes it though..

I would just use Gibbed. It's quick and easy. I'm pretty sure the only things you can't unlock with it are squadmate armors. But, if you did get the digital deluxe version, you already have those. And the other armor pack isn't that expensive.
