Everything ive said is in response to someone. It seems as though people here are missing my point. So i have to keep repeating myself over and over. I get what you guys are saying. You're saying its ok because rng can give you those same objectives. Its ok because you dont have to go through the grind and rage quit to get a good game. etc

My thing is no matter the justification, I cant take cheating seriously.

They scared of being labeled in a bad way - in this case jealous haters. So they submit to the opinions of the majority. I know there's lurkers and neutral posters that agree with me but chose to stay out of it or agree with everyone else so they are not criticized. This isn't even about this thread as much anymore but the general behavior of BSN

The irony of it all is that the devices RNG is actually a rather minimal part of a match compared to the spawn RNG. Sure you can force the initial spawn into basement (and even that works only about 75% of time), but the rest of the spawns are quite unpredictable because 6 different spawn points open up. Several times, I've got to wave 9 with a hefty advantage of 30+ seconds, then got trolled massively by spawns and there we went again... and that was when I wasn't actually trolled by spawn RNG on previous waves.

Yep, recently I started to slowly get into dat speedrun thingy. I've already noticed how fckd the spawns can be even when one does "everything right". Being insta-rocketed by the atlas which just have died is... unwarming, even more so with crabs.

Is this a contest of who can come up with the worst analogy, or what? Barry Bonds taking steroids might be comparable to missle glitching, but has virtually nothing in common with modding objectives. Again. modding objectives doesn't make you do more damage, have more shields, or anything else that will actually help with your performance in-game, the way steroids allow you to hit a baseball harder/farther. Nice try, though. Seems some people are dead-set on discreding this solo, even if they have to grasp at straws to come up with a pretext for doing so.

This has devolved into a word game; definitions need to be provided so we can either conclude that either one or the other is not cheating, or cheating in itself, given the new class of situations it can (might) be applied to, should not anymore have to bear such a stigma, considering the application of it being discussed here.

I'm not really one to stay quiet so I'll just say the skill is clearly there, should he have modded the RNG no because in a sense it render the speed run somewhat artificial. However you do also have to take into consideration that getting 3 pizzas back to back is not impossible just very unlikely. So weather this speed run is considered legit or not, it's going to depended heavily on someone point of view. Thank you next question?
